Has intimacy become painful, tight, or uncomfortable?

Maybe it started after cancer treatment, pelvic radiation, surgery, or menopause. Maybe it's been a long stretch without penetration and your body quietly decided it wasn't interested anymore.

Or maybe penetration has never felt okay. Not once.

Then someone handed you a box of dilators, smiled, and sent you home. And there you sat, thinking: “Okay... now what am I supposed to do with these?”

You're not broken, darling. You were under-instructed.

Thoughtful woman sitting by a window

That's exactly why the Dilator Clinic exists.

You'll get private, one-on-one guidance on how dilators work, how to go gradually with your body (not against it), and how to feel calmer and more confident each time you practice. Think a spoonful of education with a little glitter on top.

Know your tools

Which size to start with, which lube actually helps, and how to set up so you're not fumbling.

Go at your pace

A gradual plan built around your history and comfort level. Not someone else's timeline.

Breathe and release

Learn how your pelvic floor and nervous system play into tightness, and what to do about it.

Real confidence

A routine you'll actually use, and answers to the questions you were too shy to ask.

Your guide

Hi, I'm Georgia.

I'm a registered nurse with a master's in nursing and a sexuality counselor. Picture Mary Poppins, but her carpet bag is full of lube samples and a Lady Gaga playlist. Practical. Warm. A little bold.

I believe women deserve pleasure, and that understanding your body should never come with a side of shame. Pain with penetration is common. It's also something you can work with, with the right support.

I'll be honest with you, I'll keep you accountable, and yes, we'll probably laugh at least once.

Questions you might be asking

Do I need to already have dilators?
Nope. If you have a set, bring your questions about it. If you don't, we'll talk about what to look for so you're not guessing in a checkout cart at midnight.
Will you watch me use them?
No. This is education and coaching. I'll walk you through everything clearly, and you practice privately, on your own terms.
I've never been able to tolerate penetration. Is this for me?
Yes, very much so. Plenty of women have never had comfortable penetration. We start exactly where you are, gently and without pressure.
My pain started after cancer treatment or radiation. Can you help?
That's one of the most common reasons women come to the Clinic. I'll help you understand the process and build a plan that respects what your body has been through.
Does this replace my doctor or pelvic floor therapist?
It doesn't. Think of it as the missing piece alongside your care team. If anything you share calls for a medical evaluation, I'll tell you straight.

You don't have to figure this out from a pamphlet.

Your comfort matters. Your pleasure matters. Let's get you some real answers and a plan you can feel good about.
