Use daily or as needed. Align applicator opening with product nozzle. Squeeze tube to fill applicator with 2-3 grams of Endo Relief Cream. The applicator can be inserted while seated, standing, or reclining, whichever is most comfortable. Gently insert the applicator into vagina and fully compress the plunger to release the cream. After each use, pull the two pieces of the applicator apart and wash with soap and warm water. Dry the pieces and rejoin by gently pushing them back together.

For best absorption, lie down for 10 minutes or use at bedtime. When using for intimate moments, apply 10 minutes before sexual activity for best results.
