The vestibule is located about 1 cm anterior to the vaginal orifice. 
Vault: vaginal vault is the expanded region of the vaginal canal at the internal end of the vagina.
Vulva: the external part of the female genitalia, which includes the labia majora, labia minora, and clitoris.
